Design Leader & Creative Director

I deliver emotional, engaging experiences and functional, pragmatic solutions.

I've been driving teams at the forefront of technology and design since 1994. My career has been driven by a passionate approach to telling stories through all forms of media including games, websites, mobile, TV, desktop apps, photography, video, and more. I've designed products for numerous Fortune 500 companies, led the website design for 2 Olympic games, and was the senior creative on 14 mobile games.

I also provide thought leadership to various start-ups and mentor designers throughout the Bay Area.

I'm Currently the Head of Experience Design at Zynga. I manage, inspire, and grow Zynga's UX teams to deliver high-quality emotionally engaging games. I coach teams globally on art and UX leadership. I've created and led teams up to 45 people, shipped seven games, and am currently working on the next big game.
